1. Commissioned Works
I create custom artworks according to client specifications, in line with my personal artistic style, excluding portraits. Preliminary sketches or digital drafts are provided for approval before the final work begins.
Commissioned artworks are final sale and cannot be returned.
Payment: 50% upfront at the start of the commission, 50% upon completion. Shipping occurs only after full payment is received.
Delivery: Timelines depend on the complexity of the work and are communicated individually.

2. Shipping & Delivery
All original artworks are carefully rolled and shipped in protective tubes or boxes, ensuring they arrive safely and in perfect condition. While framed delivery is available upon request, please note that it involves additional costs and carries a higher risk during transit.
International professional couriers are used, with tracking and insurance included. Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

3. Certificate of Authenticity
Each original artwork comes with a Certificate of Authenticity, signed and stamped by the artist.
The certificate includes the title, year of creation, technique, dimensions, and the artist’s signature.

4. Payments
Payments are accepted via direct bank transfer. Shipping occurs only after payment is confirmed.
Third-party platforms are generally avoided to prevent potential delays or restrictions.

All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
Original artworks and prints are non-refundable. In the unlikely event of damage during transit, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and supported with photographic evidence. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
